By registering, you agree to the following conditions of participation. During the event, image and sound recordings, e.g. in the form of photos and video recordings, may be made by the organiser or third parties commissioned or accredited by the organiser. The recordings are made for the purpose of documentation for the organiser's own purposes, e.g. for public relations work, including use in social media, in public reporting (press, radio, television) and for presentation on the organiser's own website. The organiser assumes that participants consent to the creation and publication of photos and video recordings for the above-mentioned purposes. If participants do not consent to being recognisable in recordings, they have the right to inform the photographers or filmmakers at any time that they do not wish photos or videos to be taken. If such notification is not possible or is not observed, participants should inform the organiser that publication is not desired.

Personal data of registrants is collected, stored and processed for the purpose of processing the registration, organising the event and, if necessary, for subsequent information on the event and for information on future similar events. The organiser reserves the right to cancel events for important reasons. The organiser will inform all registrants who have received a confirmation of registration of the cancellation.
